BRUCE MYERS NAMED GENERAL MANAGER OF SYSTEMONIC'S MARLBOROUGH
FACILITY AND DIRECTOR OF RF ENGINEERING, AS SYSTEMONIC POSITIONS
ITSELF AS A LEADER IN THE WIRELESS INDUSTRY
San Jose, CA and Dresden, Germany - December 5, 2001 - Systemonic
announced the appointment of Bruce Myers to the position of General
Manager
for the Systemonic organization in Marlborough, MA, as well as Director
of
RF Engineering for the Company. In his administrative role he reports
to
President and Chief Executive Officer, Ruediger Stroh; in his engineering
role
he reports to the Executive Vice President of Engineering, Michael
Bolle.

components in
Systemonic's decision to acquire the assets of RF Networking from
Raytheon.
He has demonstrated his ability to identify, specify and develop
quality

extremely important to Systemonic as it brings its differentiated
5 GHz
wireless products to the market."
Mr. Myers has enjoyed a very successful career in engineering at
the
Raytheon Company. In his twenty-four years there he has applied
his
engineering talent and management expertise to communications and
radar
systems in both the Defense and Commercial Divisions. Bruce was
a founder and
the Director of the RF Networking business at Raytheon. Prior to
that he was
the Deputy Director of Engineering for the RF Components Division.
He earned
a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State University
and an
M.S.E.E. from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. A member of the IEEE,
he is
also co-author of 6 papers and a winner of the IEEE's "Wheeler
Award" and
Raytheon's "Thomas L. Phillips Award for Excellence in Technology.
